CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

Bearing 
Heavy duty double roller ball bearings are standard for high thrust capabilities and elimination of any axial movements. 
 
Shaft 
Heavy duty shaft design provide great stability in seal area for lower vibration and deflection which increase seal and packing life. Available in any material to customer requirements. 
 
Impeller 
Available in close or open vane for maximum performance. Impeller is screwed onto shaft and thread is protected by P.T.F.E. gasket . Expeller vanes at rear of impeller reduce stuffing box pressure while stopping particles from collecting behind impeller.
Stuffing box Stuffing box is machined for mechanical seal or gland packing as standard without any further modifications. 
 
Sleeve 
Renewable shaft sleeve is positively driven. Hook type with one end free to expand with temperature P.T.F.E variations. Gasket prevents leakage under the sleeve and protects shaft from any wear. 
 
Bearing frame 
Constructed in any material from cast iron to stainless steel. Large oil reservoir ensure lower oil temperatures. Oil seals or labyrinths can be used, depending on costumer requirements. Precision machining ensure accurate alignment between frame and adaptor to eliminate any misalignment. 
 
Casing 
Fully confined P.T.F.E. gasket. Variety of material available to costumer requirements. Removable throat adaptor for extended casing life as standard. All pump components are locally manufactured. This pump has a sturdy construction and proved itself in arduous conditions. It can withstand almost any severe handling
Gaskets When corrosive liquids are pumped P.T.F.E. gaskets are used as standard. 
 
Adaptor 
Adaptor is precision machined to ensure correct allignment at all times. Large openings on slide allow easy access to stuffing box.
